Phase I, II, III and IV are meant to be completed in order to get the best results.  It is also recommended that you have access to a gym. Equipment varies from gym to gym but modifications can be made.  As your coach I'm here to help with suggestions.

If you do not have a gym I would recommend starting with the Clean Eating and Track Workout, then move into Phase I.

Remember this is a healthy lifestyle you are creating.  Work at your own level.
